I am going to list out some of the reasons why people don't do the Leap diet....And these 4 unexpected reasons not to start the Leap diet are also are the very reasons why you would want to begin the diet to see changes in your symptoms.


The 4 reasons you may be giving are:

  3. I may not be able to follow the diet

  4. I am afraid I won't see results from doing the diet

The difference between this approach - using MRT/Leap diet and other approaches are:
